Tiina Brännare startete eine Karriere als Tänzerin. Sie studierte Tanz in New York, London und Stockholm. Sie spielte außerdem in berühmten Fernsehserien wie „Ihmeidentekijät“ und „Parhaat vuodet“ mit. Tiina führte Regie und entwickelte die Choreographie für einige andere Musicals, wie unter Anderem Ain’t Misbehavin, Cabaret, Sweet Charity, Into the Woods, Five Guys Named Moe und Diamond in the Rough.
